Paris Hilton splashes out $140 per minute in Melbourne's Chapel Street shops. The socialite and her sister Nicky are currently in Australia for an appearance at the Bongo Virus New Year's Eve party in Sydney on New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31). And Paris did what she knows best: shopping. She reportedly purchased over 20 dresses for a discount of $5.000, after previously spending 40 minutes trying several outfits. "It was actually over 10,000 dollars worth. But she did a show for me about four years ago (so the price) was marked down," designer Wayne Cooper tells UK newspaper the Daily Telegraph. Paris has recently forked out $200,000 in a customized pink Bentley Continental GT.
